I just couldn't not share this on my blog! These brownies are a life saver on days where I'm either on my Star Week or I just want to keep eating and picking at crappy foods and at only a half a syn each they are amazingly tasty.
All you need is:
• 6 eggs (separated)
• 150g of Sweetener
• 60g of cocoa powder (which ever you prefer)
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• Fry Light
What to do:
Pre-heat the over at 180, spray your baking tin with Fry Light. Whisk up the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
In a separate bowl combine, egg yolks, sweetener, vanilla and cocoa powder. Whisk until all is mixed well together if it gets tough ( which it probably will ) add in some of the egg white mixture until it becomes smoother, then gently fold in the rest of the egg whites when all mixed together smoothly pour into tin and bake for 25-30min
For a topping mix together:
• 4 tbsp of quark
• 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp of sweetener
• 1 tsp of vanilla
This mixture makes roughly 25 brownies once cut up into the 25 its 0.5 syns each brownie :-)
Happy Baking!
Enjoy xx
