Bad Day :(

Hi Dolls,

 I was having a bad week last week but I really thought that I did okay with the fitness part as the diet didn't go down as well! At my weekly weigh in I was up 4 pound's :( I'm soooo angry with myself for gaining that much weight I really wanted just to go home and eat as much junk food that I could but I didn't I went home put on my fitness DVD thing and sweat the stress out of me! 
The DVD that I do is:
Clare Nasir's Boot-camp


I cut out the DVD front cover and have it stuck to the front of my fridge along with my Weight Watchers Weigh in card as a kind of motivation boost! 

Its a very good workout if your stick to it and the meal plan that is also given you can lose up to 2lbs a week! I kinda just do what I can  with that DVD but what I miss out on that DVD I make up with what I do on the EA Sports Active 2 Game for the Wii Console! Now that game is hard!! Omg... the first time I used it I worked-out so hard that I had to get sick half way into it! 

This week I am going to be super, super good Oh, and I need to start  back with drinking my water for some reason I didn't take as much water in the past few weeks, I think that kinda slows me down as well. I will be downing water like there is no tomorrow ha-ha
