Weight Watchers

Hi Dolls,

I cant believe that I still haven't stuck to my weight watchers plan :(( I just don't have the willpower or the motivation to start it back up. I just don't know what is going on in my head. Some days I just cant even be bothered to eat health-ish food's and other days ill go all out, be so so good even drinking all my water. I just cant make up my mind. I'm sitting here and I know that I have to change for the good of my health its not healthy eating crap foods and sitting around all day then the next eating healthy and exercising , Its just mad. 

Starting tomorrow as soon I bring my son to school I'm going to go for an hour walk, have breakfast when I get back and after I collect my son at 12:30 I'm going to do the Wii Active 2 Game for about an hour at least I can have a shower without having to worry about the time and being late. 
The Active 2 game is very good you get the arm band with the monitor for your heart rate to see how much calories you are burning, leg strap to make sure you are doing the movements correctly and the resistance band to help you instead of using weights.





Along with doing the game and walking I really need to focus on my food intake I was looking up online that if you cut out 200-500 calories from your daily intake it can help you lose weight a tad bit faster. I'm going to try and cut out maybe 200 to see how I get on but I would cut out to many calories. I'm going to write out a meal plan for my weekly food and the calories intake also the exercise I will be doing and I'll post a it here to so everyone can take tips or tell me how where I'm going wrong on it :)

I haven't gained weight since I stopped going to my meeting but I'm going to go this Thursday and every Thursday after that till I reach my goal weight :)
