Hi Guys,
After a long and tiring week I spent Sunday night giving myself a well needed pampering. The list is endless with all the things you would need for a pamper night just choose the things that you love to use when going the extra step to feeling good:)
Simple things like having a extra long bubble bath, painting your nails, applying a face mask...etc!
My pamper night was ( after my son went to bed ) a nice bubble bath, put on warm cosy pajamas+fluffy socks, put on a face mask, pour a glass of wine, wash of mask off, put DVD on and just relax for the night.
Just before I got into bed I made some sleepy time tea and read some pages of the book I'm reading now and slept my little brains out! :)
