Hi Guys,
Today it finally hit me that I am " All Talk " I say I'm going to this and that,
I go out and buy everything to it and then.... I don't!!
I have spent so much money on crappy diets, boot camps, gyms, fitness DVDs, special walking runners..... I have finally realised that I am wasting my time, money and life on trying new fab diets and even healthy eating and when I say " healthy eating" I mean I eat healthy for a meal or two then cheat!!
And right now I'm feed up with my self, the last diet I was on which was 4 weeks ago I lost 1st 3 lbs and every lb of that is back on!!! I felt so happy when I hit that stone loss I couldn't have been any happier and now...Well I'm back to being the same old lazy fart I was at the start!!
From Monday I will be starting a full on proper healthy eating plan which I am going to stick to I'm not going to join a boot camp or a gym I am simply going to do a 30min walk in the morning and a 30min bike ride in the evening and nothing else for the first 2 weeks.
I need to be strict with myself I am sooo lazy and greedy when it comes to food and exercising!
But That has to end I need to set a good example for my son as hes nearly 5 now!!
I have started last week drinking 2-3 liters of water a day and spending more time playing in the park a walking around with my son so I'm on the right track plus I have had no junk food or take aways or fizzy drinks in a week or two.
I need to think positive and stay on track!
