Long time no post:( My bad! Sorry I haven't posted in such a long time but finally it's Summer time in Dublin... Yay!!!!
Iv been trying to go different places with my little monkey and fun things after school before he gets his summer holidays soon, so haven't had much time to post or even think about what to post.
I thought I'd do a quick post telling you all what I'm starting, I must be mad starting these! So with doing my training 4 days a week which are hard I have decided that I'd like to try and do the 30 Day Squat Challenge seen as everyone is talking about it. While looking for it on Google I came across the Plank and Crunch challenge! Am I mad?! I think so! Lol I thought why not go the whole hog and do them all.
I think the Squat one will be pretty easy as I have done 150+ squats at one time in the gym before same with the crunches but the plank... Well that's a different story altogether! I have no hope with doing the plank but its one thing that I'd like to improve so this challenge will be perfect for that. I badly need to tone up my ass so ill be pushing these squats to the max:)
Ill add a photo of all 3 of the challenges plus a different at home workout to in case anyone would like do try some different. If you doing the challenge let me know how your getting on ill check in soon with some feed back.
