Fitness: Swap This For That

Hi Guys,


By swapping some simple foods and making more healthier choices you can stay on track with your healthy eating and weight loss. Simple small swaps can make a huge difference. Fats, Calories, Protein and Carbs all need to be balanced.

Small changes:


Milk Chocolate FOR Dark Chocolate

Blue Cheese Dressing FOR Honey Mustard Dressing 

Fizzy Drinks  FOR Water

Sugary Cereal FOR Muesli 

White Rice FOR Brown Rice

Potatoes FOR Sweet Potatoes 

Coffee FOR Green Tea 


There are so many more changes you can make most of it is just common sense. Drinking plenty of water instead of coke and tea will do a world of good, its the small things that can help make big changes.
