Weight loss week 2!

Hey Guys,

So glad last week is over and done with but I'm guessing this week is gonna be worse :( Anyway for the first week of my diet I did t change much I'm the type of person that if I change everything at once I never do it so I cut down on sweets and cut out fizzy drinks I have been drinking 2 litres of water a day with a small drop of black current to give it some taste. They were the only changes I made last week.

This week I will be working out about 2-3 times then I move it up to 4 times a week and start different foods and cutting more stuff out.

With drinking water my skin is looking better and I didn't have a breakout either as I get a pimple nearly ever week so it all good :)

My inches didn't change this week so I did post a picture but my weight did :)))))))) I lost 2 lbs :)))))) so happy.
