Weight Loss Week 1!

Hi Guys,

Been a long time since I last did a blog post, so many things have happened in my personal life but they have all worked out in the end good news all round for once :)

So with no more distractions I can get back into my weight loss and finally hit my goal weight and size.
I'm not following a mad diet plan I'm just cutting out all the crap that I eat and swapping it with smoothies and water I'm also cutting down on portion sizes at dinner time and just basically trying to make better food choices for myself.
Every time I start a diet and the gym I never lose weight but when I diet and just go on walks I seam to do a lot better with weight loss so I have ditched the gym. Every day I just head out on a nice walk or down to the park with my son and play for an hour or two.
So every Monday I'll post my weight loss and inch loss and total up all inch and weight lost, I'm not giving my self a target date or target weight i just want to loss weight get to a nice healthy size that I am comfortable in and that will make me happy with myself :)

This week is my start- Week 1!!!
I'm on my phone so I don't no where the pic will load to but my weight is on the top and measurements are below it with the body area also.
