What I Ate Today

Hi Guys,

I wasn't to busy today so I was able to do some excersize and take pictures of what I ate.

For breakfast: I had some wetabix and coffee plus some water
For lunch: small wrap with ham and some grapes plus water
For dinner: chicken, penne pasta and tomato chili sauce.

I didn't count any calories for any of the meals, I'm trying to simply eat healthy.

I'm very picky with foods, I love plain foods like for example a bun burger with only sauce things like that.

I also did about 40-45 min workout, I did a Jillian Micheals workout on YouTube. She is one hard trainer, I was sweating buckets after it :) plus I did a 10 min at home kick boxing video to.
