Hi Guys,
My son is going back to kindergarden in a few days, which means I can get into a proper workout routine and back on my weight loss journey :)
I still haven't figured out what exactly I will be doing and when.... but I do know that I will be using:
My kettle bell set
Workout DVD or YouTube video
Excersize bike
and I'll add in a 30-60 minute walk if I can.
I'm going to try and eat every 4-5 hours and take in a little bit more than 2 ltrs of water.
My son is back on Thursday ( 3 days ) so I will be starting a fresh week on Monday morning but I will be working out from Thursday I just won't be following my diet so strictly. I will do a better post later on in the week add photos and what I will be doing and foe how long and probably what I'll be eating if anyone wants to be know :)
Im sorry if I have spelled a few things wrong but I'm on my phone and the screen is pretty crappy.
