Kids Pirate Party!!

Hi Guys,

FORGOT TO POST THIS ON THE NIGHT/DAY OF SEAN'S BIRTHDAY SORRY FOR THE LATE POST!:(

So I spent about 1hour ( maybe more ) sorting out things for my sons birthday in the morning. I'm so excited I cant wait for him to wake up and see his party table and balloons:) Its not a big party just a small family one as he had a party in school plus its the May Bank Holiday Weekend and everyone is away.

So the party tree's that I was sooo excited about making didn't turn out as well as I thought they would:( I  ran out of sweets for the trees so I had to impervious which wasn't good lol then the sticks holding the tree decided to get up and go for walk!! Still cant find them!! In the end I stuck some marshmallows and Maltesers on to tooth picks and into the Styrofoam ball and just placed it on a jar full of sweets ( Sean loved the sweet tree when he seen it ) I will do a separate post soon about how I did the marshmallow lollies.

I really wanted to get Sean a huge Pirate Ship Cake but I knew it would have been a big waste as Sean doesn't like cake and there wasn't that many coming up so I had a few cup cakes for everyone and two special ones for Sean. With having no cake my little brother got Sean a Jelly Cake! It was the best cake ever, everyone got to eat all the jellies off it and it was such a surprise for not only Sean but myself to :) I had the table just with a small amount of sweets but I had lots of sweets on back up for make party bags for any one who wanted one or anyone who wanted just more sweets :)

For small party dress up I bought eye patches, form pirate hats and foam swords and gold coins :) I'm off to bed before I burst with excitement  :)))

May the 5th 2008, at 6:04am on the Bank Holiday Monday my life changed for the better. My handsome son was brought into this world such a happy and healthy baby boy, I love him more and more each day he's my whole world xx

I hope you all have a great May Bank Holiday Weekend and Stay Safe :)
