Hi Guys,
So today I did ( finally ) get around to working out! It's been so long over due!
after I dropped my son to school ( and after I cleaned ) I put on the Jillian Michaels DVD and did the first workout. It was about 20min long mainly jumping jacks, sit ups and some punches. There was more but I can not remember it, it wasn't the best workout that I have done but I did work up a sweat!
I also did a 5k bike ride on the Davina bike just 2 min ago and I am sweating! It's like nearly 10pm so im gonna have a quick shower and head to bed :)
I meant to take a photo of my scales this morning but I forgot it was around the 12st 4.6lb!
