Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred!!

Hi Guys,

Today I finally got my Jillian Michaels workout DVD :) I'm so happy can not wait to try it out!!

I'm a real sucker for things that help you lose weight fast! I'll try anything that helps with weight loss and as soon as I seen " Lose up to 20 pounds in 39 days" on the front of this DVD, I was like OMG!!! I need that lol I know that I probably won't lose that much weight but knowing that it could be a possibility does help a small bit :)

On the back it says that in each 20 min workout ( don't know how many workouts there are ) contains: a warm up, 3 six minute circuits, 3 min strength, 2 min cardio, 1 min abs and a 2 min cool down!
Doesn't doing like much but I'm sure that it will be enough to get you sweating;) lol

I'll take a before pic on the day I start doing the DVD and an after pic on the 30th day when I have finished! So fingers crossed there will be a difference!
