Quick Home Workout!

Hi Guys,
 
If you have a spare 15-30 minutes of your day why not do a small workout to keep your fitness levels up. Doing just 30 minutes a day of exercise can be so beneficial to your health. These workouts are quick and to the point with no equipment.
 
Start:
 
20 Squats
30 Lunges
40 Calf Raises  
30 sec Plank
100 Jump Jacks
40 sec Wall Squat
40 Sumo Squats
50 Press Ups
20 Squats
 
REPEAT 3 TIMES!!!
 
 
 
You can add in
 
Burpees
Crunches
Mountain Climbers
Skipping
 
And many more...
 
 
You can add in more or take some away it all depends on what you want to do and what your fitness levels are. Small things like walking, taking the staires or riding a bike can all make such a big difference to your health and fitness levels. As your fitness levers get better you can add in so much more and do more reps. Adding in weights as well can be a great tip too.
