Weight Watcher Tips :D

Hi Dolls,

Tip Time.....

Tip One:- Drink, Drink,Drink.....WATER!!
Drinking water will not only help you to lose some water weight, clear up your skin and stay hydrated but it will also help you to stay fuller for longer! Keep a water bottle with you during the day and sip on it. Start of with the small bottles and work up to a bigger one! Try to drink at least 2lts of water a day!

Tip Two:- Plan!!
Planning out what you will be eating for the next day or planning it when you get up, can be a great time saver and it will help with tracking! If you plan and prepare the night before you can put your food into containers or zip lock bags and just leave them in you fridge, till your ready to eat!

Tip Three:- Track!!
Track every point the you eat! Don't wait till the end of the day most likely you will for get and either add to many points or not enough! Keep your tracker in your bag or beside the fridge that way you will see it and track it:)

Tip Four:- Get Moving!!
Even if its just walking up one or two flights of stares its still something! Try to fit at least 30min a exerciser into your daily routine:)

Tip Five:- Picker!!
If your a picker like I am your down fall with be dinner time I love pick at everything that I'm cooking! Keep a bottle of water beside the cooker or where ever you are getting the food ready and sip on it every-time you feel like taking a chip or anything else!

Argh!!! Breakout.....

Hi Dolls,

As you can probably tell already by the title of this post I have gotten a really bad kind of breakout!!
A few weeks ago I started to get a pimple nearly every second day! They always came out around my mouth or chin area, I tried everything that was on sale for spots but nothing worked :( So I decided to go to a chemist the, girl behind the counter gave me some pills and a cream for my face to help with the redness after two days of using the cream and pills my face was back to normal

The "breakout" on my face was kind of weird, I just woke up one morning and I had a huge red, dry, cracked, very sore pimple rash around my mouth! It wasn't a pretty sight! I'm so happy the cream and pills worked so fast, the girl in the chemist was a life saver lol I still have a few small barely noticeable spots but they are starting to fade now :)

The cream that Im using to help clear up my spots it:
Quinoderm
Treatment for acne

The pills I got from the chemist:
Zirtek

Also from the chemist I got:
Oilatum
for eczema,dry itchy skin.

The girl in the chemist gave me some E45 cream before she gave me the Oilatum one, when I used the E45 cream it stung my face pretty badly so I had to stop using it, the Oilatum cream is very good so I'm happy with that one. I'm even thinking of getting the daily moisturizer cream as it was so good.
