Quick 10min Morning Home Workout!

Hi Guys, 

So I have become pretty lazy when it comes to going the gym, now I don't know if its just that I'm getting lazy or if its the sunny weather but I just haven't been going now! 

I decided that on days when I didn't go or even on days when I'd be going later on in the day that I would do a quick workout at home. I do this for only 10 min each morning and I do each excerise for just 1 min it's super quick and gets you in the mood to do you're workout out later that day. You can do some of these workouts while getting ready! So if you're running late or just simply don't have time to workout you don't have to worry as its quick and easy and can be done while getting dressed! I do my squats and lunges while brushing my teeth, I jog and skip while the kettle is boiling, doing this helps me to keep on time and never be rushing or worrying. 


10mins Do Each Move For 1min EACH! 

1. Jog on spot

2. Lunges 

3. Squats 

4. Plank

5. Crunches 

6. Jumping Jacks

7. Squats ( I like to workout my ass a lot lol) 

8. Plank

9. Skipping

10. Jog on spot 

And that's it a super quick and easy workout for the morning.
