Workout Photos!!

Hi Guys,

It's been a while since I posted as I have been so busy with class, workouts, my son and things at home I haven't had a minute to do anything for my blog:(

I just thought I'd do a quick post sharing some photos of my workouts! Also I got my bar taken out ( the contraceptive implate) and a new one put in, it wasn't as bad as the first time but still stung a bit and I had to miss out on a few days of workouts as I had stitches in.

My poor shoulders do be scraped to bits if i don't have bruises on my hands and legs its cuts on knees and shoulders lol  I'm finding it so hard to drink my water 3 liters a day is killing me plus 4-5 cups of green tea but I'm getting there slowly but surely lol I really miss eating my toast:( but it will all be worth it in the end :)

Such a random post which probably makes no sense at all but I just really wanted to post something.

If your losing weigh or gain best of luck with it. No matter how sore or how hard it gets just think of the end result and how happy you will be . :) xxx

Amazing Weight Loss in 4 Weeks!!

Hi Guys,

So for the past 4 weeks I have been working my butt off in the gym. On week 1 I couldn't even lift a 6kg dumbbell now I am lifting 12kgs, 14kgs all the way up to 20kgs!!!! Mad :O I am doing alot of weight work like with doing squats I do them with the bar across my back with weights going from 20kg all the way up to and I'm very proud to say a heavy 75kgs! I was always the person who said "I can't do that" or "I can't lift that, that's to heavy"... and now I'm lifting weights that I wouldn't even have looked at in the beginning.

At the start of the 4 weeks I got my body fat taken and my weight but at home I took my inches too. This has been the hardest 4 weeks of my life. The pain, bruises, cuts and aches every day mad me want to quit! But... I didn't! I knew that if I didn't get my act together for once and finally lose weight and be happy that I never would. I have pushed myself to my limits to that brick wall we all hit and I have knocked it down and pushed right trough! I really am very proud of myself for once and for all doing something about my weight. I'm sick of saying I'm going to do something and not do it!

I workout for an hour a day 4 times a week. In that 1 hour I get a hell of alot done from abs to Trx and everything in between. The diet part is hard I won't lie I have cheated on it once or twice but mainly sticking to it. I do have before and after photos that I will be sharing but that's not for an other 4 weeks till I finally get to my target as I am nearly half way there already :) I wish you all nothing but success with your dreams and goals whether they be weight loss, gaining weight, finding your dream job or doing exams we can all get the results we want if we have the right mind set, keep pushing yourself the strength is in there somewhere just waiting to get out :)

Starting Measurement's:

Body Fat: 28.4% NOW 22.2%
Weight: 12st 7lb NOW 11st 11lb

My Inches:

Bum- 45 NOW 43
Tummy- 42 NOW 31
Arms- 16 NOW 12
Legs- 26 NOW 23
Waist- 33 NOW 32

So in 4 weeks I have lost 21inches, 10pound and about 6% body fat, great results for me I'm chuffed with them and I cant wait for the next 4 weeks to see what my final results will be. At last I will finally be able to go summer shopping with out cry because nothing fits me:) No more covering up time to start showing off some skin ( not alot lol )
This is the most amazing weight loss I have ever had and Ill be looking forward to losing more :)

DIY Honey Homemade Face Scrub!

Hello Guys :)

I'm feeling in the Summer Mood today.. even thought it's lashing here in Dublin ha
Apart from getting your legs ready for Summer your face is also important as we all tend to wear less of the heavy foundation or any foundation for some. Having nice clear skin is always a plus in what ever weather you have but in the summer time we always want it to be as clear as it can be.
 Healthy, glowing clear skin!

What you need:

Olive Oil
Honey
Sugar

How To Make:

 2/3 tbsp of Olive Oil
2 tbsps Honey
less than half a cup of sugar

Use on wet skin at least once a week, gently massage into face, rinse with warm water.

Keep in bathroom.
Great for sensitive skin.

Kids Pirate Party!!

Hi Guys,

FORGOT TO POST THIS ON THE NIGHT/DAY OF SEAN'S BIRTHDAY SORRY FOR THE LATE POST!:(

So I spent about 1hour ( maybe more ) sorting out things for my sons birthday in the morning. I'm so excited I cant wait for him to wake up and see his party table and balloons:) Its not a big party just a small family one as he had a party in school plus its the May Bank Holiday Weekend and everyone is away.

So the party tree's that I was sooo excited about making didn't turn out as well as I thought they would:( I  ran out of sweets for the trees so I had to impervious which wasn't good lol then the sticks holding the tree decided to get up and go for walk!! Still cant find them!! In the end I stuck some marshmallows and Maltesers on to tooth picks and into the Styrofoam ball and just placed it on a jar full of sweets ( Sean loved the sweet tree when he seen it ) I will do a separate post soon about how I did the marshmallow lollies.

I really wanted to get Sean a huge Pirate Ship Cake but I knew it would have been a big waste as Sean doesn't like cake and there wasn't that many coming up so I had a few cup cakes for everyone and two special ones for Sean. With having no cake my little brother got Sean a Jelly Cake! It was the best cake ever, everyone got to eat all the jellies off it and it was such a surprise for not only Sean but myself to :) I had the table just with a small amount of sweets but I had lots of sweets on back up for make party bags for any one who wanted one or anyone who wanted just more sweets :)

For small party dress up I bought eye patches, form pirate hats and foam swords and gold coins :) I'm off to bed before I burst with excitement  :)))

May the 5th 2008, at 6:04am on the Bank Holiday Monday my life changed for the better. My handsome son was brought into this world such a happy and healthy baby boy, I love him more and more each day he's my whole world xx

I hope you all have a great May Bank Holiday Weekend and Stay Safe :)

Super Mario and Sonic cupcakes

I also blew up about 40+ balloons some are just around the table on the floor or on it, some are stuck to the windows and walls with either pirate banners or Happy Birthday banners.

Red Velvet cupcake:) Yummy

So this Sunday the 5th of May, my gorgeous little monkey will be 5!!! Oh how time has flown in!! I can't believe my little baby is growing up so fast, I couldn't be more happy and proud of how my little boy is turning out. I'm the proudest mammy ever:))) Love him so much he's my whole world!!:))))))

This week I have been getting all the little bits and bobs in for his birthday and oh my world was there a lot of stuff to get! I needed to get party stuff for 17 children in his class for Friday plus his party with his family and friends at home on Sunday.

Some of the things I got today which I left in my Mam's where:

A "5" Balloon of say its about 3-4foot high
Banners
Balloons
Party Poppers
Party Hats
Plates, Cups and Lots and lots of sweets!!

For Sean's school party he wanted a pirate theme so I was soooo lucky that the €1.50 shop had lots and lots of pirate stuff thankfully I didn't have to run around town like a crazy thing! :) I'm going to try and make some of the candy trees that everyone seams to be going made about! They look pretty easy to make plus in going to either make some cake pops or some Lolly pop marshmallow's with white chocolate and sprinkles:)) Yummy!!!

I'll do a fuller post with proper photos of everything on Sunday With the candy trees and pops or table decor.

Happy May and Enjoy Your Weekend
Stay Safe!
