So its getting to that time where I will be getting my locks chopped:(
I have gotten so used to having long hair I am going to miss it so much when its gone but its for a good cause so it helps to know that I am doing some good.
When I tell people I am growing my hair so I can donate it they say " how much will you make? You have loads of hair you'll get a ton of money!" and when I tell them that I'm giving to a charity that will make a wig for a cancer patient they look at me for a minute like I'm mad then say how great it is lol not everything is about money!
I'm doing this to make a child or adult smile while they are going trough one of the toughest times of their lives.
I have been thinking that as soon as I cut my hair that I will start to grow it out again and donate it again and again and again because it is just a great feeling knowing that something so small can make someones whole life better. Something that we cut off and trow in the bin can go and do some much greatness for one person or two?!
